Process

• Group signs and faxes in Participation Agreement Form to Head Office indicating the number of participants they will have and number of brochures required.
• Group members take orders and pre-sell calendars.
• Once pre-sales have taken place, the group places and order with UFA for manufacturing and shipping.
• Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
