Our Beverage program involves a selection of various Coffee, Tea (mainstream & herbal) and Hot Chocolate products from the nationally recognised Di Bella stable of premium quality products.

• Coffee is provided in 1kg bags across several blends including decaffeinated and is available as a whole bean, fine or medium grind.
• 100 gram samples bags are available.
• All order taking paperwork including a complete fundraiser’s manual are supplied to ensure success and ease of operating of this program.
• We strongly encourage groups to run this program as a sustainable, year round fundraiser that encourages repeat orders from participants each month to provide an ongoing source of revenue for the group.
• We pick and pack all your group orders by individual seller orders for easy distribution by your group when delivered.
• Customer re-order forms are included with each order, making it easy for participants to purchase more coffee, tea or hot chocolate from your group each and every month.

• Recruit your team and determine how many will be participating.
• Distribute order forms to participants.
• Collate orders and submit orders to UFA
• Distribute your orders and ensure customers are given additional Customer Order Forms for repeat orders.

This program offers a year round revenue stream.  The beverages (coffee, teas, and hot chocolates) can be ordered each month or as frequently as you’d like.  When you go to deliver the order, simply ask the supporter at that time if they would like to place their re-order.
By doing this you are now creating a sustainable form of that does not interfere with any of your other efforts.  By the nature of this, you and your group are providing a service to your supporters with a product that they would normally purchase elsewhere.
