Process

• Group completes the participation agreement form or UFA sign-up form and faxes it into the UFA office.
• UFA will ship out the brochures required so that each seller in the group has one form.
• Group runs their fundraiser for a period of 2 weeks.
• Fundraising coordinator takes in all order forms and money collected.
• The order is processed and shipped to the group with a delivery time of 2 weeks or less.
